Have vs. Have nots
As we compare the wealthy to the low income there are many differences. The wealthy or higher income citizens seem to reside more North of the Plaza Italia, and the poor or low income residents tend to live in the South side of the Plaza Italia. The Plaza Italia is a small park near the heart of metropolitan, Santiago. It is considered the "invisible" borderline between these two class's in which they reside on opposing sides. This wide issue between these class's has been recognized Santiago, but is yet to be resolved. The wealthier have higher incomes, as the poorer get the shorter end of the stick.
In the image to the left Chile is seen as a wealthy country, ranking as the highest income for Latin American countries. As displayed, Chile is a wealthy country but failed to convince it's inhabiters. In Santiago there have been reports of small protests across the city, this is due to a slight increase in subway fares. Santiago can be recognized as a metropolitan city as it's transit lines spread across most of the city. Although this increase is small it is consequential for low incomers. Those that earn 2x less than what the rich receive struggle to keep up with the basic rent, let alone the increase in the transport fares. Though the wealthier are able to afford this change they too protest for a lower cost. Resulting in citizens fighting the inequality income and tax rates, and therefore causing the two class's to come together as one.

Chile is a beautiful Latin American country with broad natural landscapes: mountains, beaches, deserts. Living outside of the city is less expensive and the price can change depending on where a buyer may look. Buying/Renting toward the city will most likely be more expensive, and cost more as it is near the metro/ business residential areas. Most people looking for housing in the city is there for a job or career opportunity. Though, overtime the poverty rate has been lowering this has affected Chileans deeply.
The tax rates of Chile has reached 20.8% which ranks it 145th in the world. The tax rate does not affect Chile greatly, but in the future can expect to reach an all time high percentage. That may even reach an outraging 38%.
